These terms govern your use of VERID8, a product of Fussy Penguins LLC (“VERID8”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

VERID8 analyzes Amazon listing content you provide against regulatory and Amazon policy rules and returns findings, a Verid8 Score, suggested fixes, and related tools. v1 is built for US dietary-supplement listings.

Not legal advice

VERID8 is a software tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Our findings and suggested fixes are informational. You are responsible for your listings and for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws and Amazon policies. We do not guarantee that using VERID8 will prevent enforcement action, suspension, or any specific outcome.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or submit content you don’t have the right to submit.

Plans, credits & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled.
• Plans include monthly credits that roll over while your subscription is active; credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access and remaining credits continue until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you submit. We retain all rights to the VERID8 service, software, and rule corpus. You may use outputs for your own business.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VERID8 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes & termination

We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be notified. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
