VERID8 is a product of Fussy Penguins LLC (“VERID8”, “we”, “us”), providing AI-powered Amazon listing compliance analysis. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using VERID8 you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account data: your email and authentication details when you sign up.
Listing content you provide: the listing text, images, attributes, and documents you paste or upload for analysis. We do not connect to your Amazon Seller Central account.
Billing data: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We store a customer/subscription reference and plan state, never your full card number.
Usage data: basic logs and analytics to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

To run compliance analysis and return findings, scores, and suggested fixes.
To provide your account, credits, documents, reports, and support.
To process payments and prevent abuse.
To send service and (if you opt in) compliance-update emails.

AI processing

Listing content you submit is processed by our AI models and trusted subprocessors solely to generate your compliance results. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your listing content to train third-party foundation models.

Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors that power the service (e.g. cloud hosting, our database/auth provider, our AI provider, Stripe for billing, and our email provider), bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (see our Security page). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Contact us to make a request.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you.
